What to include with your enquiry
Send the vehicle registration or make/model/year, postcode, current symptoms, whether a working key remains and any relevant original/replacement-module details you already have. You do not need to identify security codes or dismantle the vehicle to make an enquiry.
GEM reviews the key/module situation and confirms what can reasonably be undertaken, the proposed scope and quotation. We do not promise every key type, all-keys-lost coverage or universal programming for these manufacturers.
