UK-wide postal and eligible remote support come first. Selected mobile/on-site specialist services in Birmingham and surrounding West Midlands areas may be available by arrangement. Standard vehicle drop-off is not offered.

1. Can the module be posted?

Postal service is the preferred route for supported cloning, data transfer, repair and bench work. Order the relevant service and follow the paid-order postal instructions.

Remote programming enquiry first. The vehicle remains with your suitably equipped garage or technician.

You do not need to choose a technical solution yourself. Send the symptoms, diagnostic findings and original/replacement labels. GEM assesses the suitable route before parts, postage or a session are arranged.
