What this service does
Following a collision, a supported Peugeot & Citroën SRS/airbag control module can retain stored crash or deployment data. Where the module is electronically healthy and supported, we read and back up its original data, carry out the supported crash-data reset, and return the same module ready for refitting.
You must send
- Your original electronic SRS/airbag control module
- Your order number and contact details
- Do not send airbags, inflators or seat-belt pretensioners

Complete your order through this website. - Remove and pack the module
Send only the electronic SRS control module in anti-static protection and a strong padded box. - Supported reset procedure
We assess the module and reset supported stored crash/deployment data. - Your original module is returned
We return the same module using the applicable return-postage service.
A crash-data reset does not replace damaged safety components. All collision-related SRS faults—including deployed airbags, seat-belt pretensioners, impact sensors, wiring, connectors, clockspring components and occupancy systems—must be correctly diagnosed and repaired before the vehicle is returned to service.
This service does not include
- Cloning data to a replacement SRS module
- Repair of water, fire, corrosion, PCB or connector damage
- Repair of unrelated fault codes, sensors, wiring or no-communication faults
- Vehicle diagnosis, removal/refitting, coding or calibration
Terms & conditions / service limitations
This is a crash/deployment-data reset service on the customer’s own module. We do not sell or supply a replacement airbag ECU under this listing.
- Because we do not have the complete vehicle, we cannot perform a full in-vehicle functional test.
- A successful reset does not prove every internal circuit or the complete SRS system is fault-free.
- The warning light may remain illuminated if other faults have not been repaired and cleared using suitable diagnostic equipment.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring all deployed or damaged safety components are correctly repaired or replaced before the vehicle is returned to service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
