Postal service is the preferred route for supported cloning, data transfer, repair and bench work. Confirm the module and procedure before dispatch.

Check remote compatibility first. The vehicle remains with your suitably equipped garage or technician.

Selected mobile/on-site services may be available in Birmingham and surrounding West Midlands areas by arrangement and subject to job suitability.

From the workshop to the appropriate service
Share your diagnostic findings and module labels. GEM assesses whether postal bench work, a remote session or selected mobile/on-site support fits. Keep your customer informed of any further diagnosis or fitting checks needed; an initial assessment is not a promise to resolve every fault.
Existing postal products remain available after the appropriate service is identified. For example, read the ECU cloning service guide before using the existing ECU cloning product. Remote programming is quoted after assessment, not purchased as a generic Shop session.

Repeat module support for your workshop
