Description
BCM / BSI / UCH TESTING & REPAIR SERVICE
Professional UK postal bench assessment and supported repair
We assess the customer’s original body-control module and repair supported internal hardware or data-related faults where technically possible.
You must send
- Your faulty original BCM, BSI or UCH
- A written description of the symptoms and relevant fault codes
- Your order number and contact details
Service process
- Visual and supported bench assessment
- Diagnosis of the reported module fault where possible
- Repair only within the agreed scope
- Return of your original module
The final repair price depends on the confirmed fault, required parts and repair procedure. If further parts or work are required, we will provide a quotation and obtain your approval before proceeding. No additional chargeable work will be carried out without your agreement.
Before posting
- Contact us first if the module has water, fire, severe corrosion or previous repair damage.
- Pack the module in anti-static protection and a strong padded box.
- Protect all connector pins and use a tracked postal service.
- Do not send unrelated vehicle components unless agreed in advance.
Service limitations
- Not every damaged module can be repaired.
- Postal bench testing cannot confirm faults elsewhere in the vehicle.
- Vehicle diagnosis, removal/refitting, wiring repairs, coding and calibration are not included unless explicitly agreed.
- If the module is beyond repair, cloning or data recovery may be quoted separately where technically possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
