What ECU cloning does

Donor compatibility matters

What if the original ECU cannot be read?
Severe processor, memory or circuit-board damage can prevent normal data extraction. Recovery may still be possible in some cases, but not every failed module can be cloned. Alternative coding or replacement routes depend on the vehicle.
